The company boasts a modern, professional production line for surfing hydrofoils, achieving standardized operations throughout the entire process from raw material processing to finished product delivery. Equipped with advanced production equipment and strict quality control checkpoints, it ensures that the performance and precision of every product meet international standards. The production line encompasses five key stages, forming an efficient and precise manufacturing closed loop:

  1.  Raw Material Pre-treatment: Carefully selected high-performance carbon fiber and high-quality aluminum are used as core raw materials. Professional testing equipment is used to inspect material strength, corrosion resistance, and other indicators, ensuring that the raw materials meet product design requirements. Specialized cutting equipment is used for precise fabric cutting of carbon fiber materials. Based on the structural requirements of different parts of the hydrofoil, layer-by-layer cutting is strictly performed according to the layup diagram, with errors controlled to the millimeter level, laying the foundation for the product"s high strength performance.

  2. Precision Molding: Equipped with advanced equipment such as carbon fiber hot pressing machines and specialized molds, the cut carbon fiber fabric is bonded to the resin matrix according to process requirements and pre-shaped. A servo hydraulic system enables segmented temperature control and multi-segment pressurization, precisely controlling molding temperature and pressure parameters to ensure the carbon fiber composite material is fully cured, guaranteeing the structural stability and lightweight characteristics of core components such as the hydrofoil and the board body. Meanwhile, dedicated molds are provided for different specifications of hydrofoil boards (such as 75cm/90cm aluminum column models and 76cm/90cm carbon mast), allowing for flexible production switching to meet customized needs.

  3. Precision Machining: A fully enclosed five-axis machining center and CNC precision engraving equipment are introduced to perform fine machining such as trimming, drilling, and engraving on the formed parts. Through digital programming control, precise machining of the hydrofoil airfoil shape and board contour is achieved, with grinding accuracy controlled to approximately 0.02 mm, ensuring a smooth and uniform streamlined design and effectively reducing gliding resistance in water. At the same time, professional grinding equipment is used to finely grind the surface of the parts, improving the surface smoothness and texture of the product.

  4. Assembly and Integration: Experienced technicians complete the assembly and integration of core components such as the main mast, fore wing, rear wing, and board body. Connections and fixations are strictly carried out according to assembly process standards to ensure tight connections and even stress distribution among components. Basic functional tests are performed simultaneously during assembly to check the stability of component connections and the flexibility of movement, avoiding assembly errors that could affect product performance.

  5. Finished Product Inspection and Shipment: A multi-dimensional quality inspection system has been established, employing advanced technologies such as 3D scanning inspection to comprehensively test the dimensional accuracy and structural integrity of finished products; all qualified products will be packaged through a standardized packaging process to ensure product safety during transportation.
