Core quality control measures encompass the following four key aspects:


1. Full Inspection of Incoming Raw Materials: An independent raw material testing laboratory is established, equipped with professional equipment such as material strength testers and corrosion resistance testers, to rigorously inspect core raw materials. Key indicators such as tensile strength, flexural strength, and seawater corrosion resistance are emphasized. Only raw materials that pass all tests are allowed to enter the production process, eliminating potential quality risks at the source.


2. Multi-point Quality Control During Production: Quality control nodes are set up at each key process stage of the production line, implementing a triple control mechanism of "process self-inspection + dedicated personnel inspection + random sampling verification." The raw material pretreatment stage checks cutting accuracy and material layup standardization; the precision molding stage monitors process parameters such as temperature and pressure in real time to ensure sufficient curing of the composite material; the precision machining stage uses a 3D measuring instrument to verify machining dimensions, with errors strictly controlled within 0.02 mm; the assembly and integration stage checks the firmness of component connections and the flexibility of movement to avoid assembly deviations affecting safety.


3. Rigorous Finished Product Inspection: A comprehensive finished product inspection process has been established, covering three core modules: appearance inspection, dimensional accuracy inspection, and performance testing. Appearance inspection checks for surface scratches, bubbles, color differences, and other defects; dimensional accuracy inspection uses full-dimensional 3D scanning technology to ensure that the overall product specifications are completely consistent with the design drawings; performance testing simulates real-world usage scenarios, conducting buoyancy tests, pressure resistance tests, impact resistance tests, fatigue strength tests, etc., to verify the product"s stability and durability under different environments. Only after all test items pass can a certificate of conformity be issued and the product leave the factory.


4. End-to-End Quality Traceability: Establish a product quality traceability system, assigning a unique traceability code to each batch of products, and recording key information such as raw material batches, production processes, testing data, production dates, and logistics details. If quality issues arise subsequently, the system can quickly trace back to the specific stage and address them promptly. Simultaneously, after-sales quality feedback data allows for continuous optimization of production and testing processes, forming a closed-loop improvement mechanism for quality control.
